  • Communications you send through the Platform (messages, photos, voice notes)
  • Identity verification documents submitted through our verification provider (Companions only)
  • Payout information (payment method, account details) (Companions only)

Information collected automatically:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits)
  • Device information (device type, operating system)
  • Usage data (features used, session duration, click patterns)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account;
  • Facilitate communications between Members and Companions;
  • Process payments and manage credits;
  • Verify the identity and age of Companions;
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, session notifications, account alerts);
  • Send platform notifications (new messages, reminders) — you may opt out of non-transactional emails;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and investigate potential violations;
  • Comply with legal obligations;
  • Improve the Platform and develop new features;
  • Protect the safety and security of our users and the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Daily.co — video call infrastructure
  • Persona — identity and age verification (Companions only)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review them.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it or where it is necessary to protect our legitimate legal interests (such as fraud prevention or unresolved disputes).

Messages and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for the unauthorized acts of third parties. You use the Platform at your own risk.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our retention obligations.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Platform.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is strictly intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account. 10. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify you by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
